Cost Estimating
Individual Trade Cost Estimate - $299
Includes all material take offs and cost estimates for an individual trade. Example, roofing. Would provide how many bundles/squares of shingles, how much drip edge, roofing felt etc etc along with corresponding pricing.
Construction Take Offs
Construction Consultation
Individual Trade Take Off - $149
Includes a material take off ONLY for an individual trade. Example, tile. Will tell you how many sqft of tile, how many bags of thinset, how many bags of grout, how many linear feet of schluter etc
Project Feasibility - $1,250
Will mainly apply to multiple units/development type projects. Will evaluate the land and surrounding areas to determine the feasibility of a project. Example, where is water and sewer available. How do you drain the property etc along with corresponding recommendations.
Water District Reimbursement - $10,000
We have extensive experience working with water districts to maximize the reimbursement a developer receives after completion of a project.
We will work as your middle man to collect all information and handle all correspondence with the water district.
This process typically take several months.
Custom Critical Path - $299
Will evaluate your project and site and provide a one time step by step list/narrative of the fastest, most cost effective and efficient path to complete the project from inception to completion.
1 Monthly Site Visit - $250/month
Will make a site visit one time per month and send a report with recommendations on how to make the site more efficient/cost effective and provide some tips and tricks.
Within 30 Miles of Montgomery, Texas is included. Outside of that an extra charge will be included per mile.
2 Monthly Site Visits - $500/month
Will make a site visit two times per month and send a report with recommendations on how to make the site more efficient/cost effective and provide some tips and tricks.
Within 30 Miles of Montgomery, Texas is included. Outside of that an extra charge will be included per mile.
Special Project/Remodel - $699
Includes all material take offs and cost estimates for special projects like a Kitchen Remodel. Will have a total project cost including waste, contingencies etc
Whole House Estimate - $1,499
Includes all material take offs and estimates for all facets of the house from foundation, to framing lumber, to drywall to tile etc.
Price is for up to a 3,500 sqft house. Houses large than that will receive custom pricing. Please contact us for details
Special Project/Remodel - $399
Includes material take off ONLY for special projects like a kitchen remodel or patio cover on the back of house
Whole House Take Off - $599
Includes at material take off ONLY for all fascists of the house from foundation, to framing lumber, to drywall to tile etc

We have integrated an AI agent to optimize accuracy/efficiency and combined it with real world experience to catch all those little things that only experience can provide.
